Develop Pricing strategy, business plan and budget in line with the Corporate Strategy.
Define and update pricing section’s KPI’s in line with Corporate Strategy.
Develop/review polices, procedure, and processes for the Pricing section.
Oversee and review the developed business cases for new products/projects.
Review and enhance the defined prices for new products/interconnect settlement for national & international agreements/Value Added Services/Bundling Products taking into account internal costs, competition, regulation, and market constraints.
Monitor pricing to ensure that the objectives are achieved (acquisitions/usage/revenue).
Ensure that the Price is following the Marketing Mix and its proper incorporation with the distribution strategy and the commercial strategy.
Monitor competitors pricing for similar products/services and recommend corrective actions.
Skills & Competencies
Minimum of 03 years pricing and yielding experience preferably in the car rental industry but not essential.
Ensure that you have complete knowledge of your job requirements and the company’s products and services available
Demonstrate a customer orientated approach. Outgoing personality with a passion for service excellence; problem-solving skills and strong sales oriented.
Must be able to work as part of a team, and lead the team by example

Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
Processing financing and Insurance deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper channels.
Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
