Reception Supervisor (UAE National) – After Sales Department

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Control the Service Reception Area and ensures that reception area is well managed and operates smoothly with high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily booking and ensure that the receiving forms are properly filled up in advance.
  • Opening Job Cards efficiently and accurately for quick and correct execution of the jobs required on the cars.
  • Ensure vehicle is received efficiently and in a professional manner and to assure the customer that his vehicle is in safe hands.
  • Ensure proper delivery of the vehicle to the customer after the service.
  • Follow-up (during service) on cars in the workshop to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle to customers, with jobs carried out accurately and completely.
  • Maintain high level of motivation and morale in the team and ensure development of the staff, to achieve high level of employee satisfaction and thereby high productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that dealer standards are maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • The incumbent should be a UAE National and have a service back ground in automotive industry. Candidates with Service Advisor experience but with managerial skills can be considered for the role.
  • It is imperative that the candidate also has excellent interpersonal skills, good English language and communication skills.

Sales Consultant (UAE National)

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Achieve personal and sales team targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • To ensure the customer is aware of all available extras, accessories and extended warranties.
  • To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities with Sales Manager.
  • To establish and maintain a rapport with all potential and actual customers that enhances the image of the company.
  • Ensure personal and sales team levels of customer satisfaction are in line with company CSI targets.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in car sales.
  • Diploma in Marketing or similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales process, structure and systems.
  • Ability to communicate well in English (both written and verbally).
  • Result driven, presentable and confident personality.
  • Ability to create and maintain good customer relationship.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Should be target oriented.

Telephone Operator (UAE National)

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Handle the main switchboard.
  • Communicates clearly and with courtesy with to all incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Transfer incoming calls promptly to the appropriate departments.
  • Dial and connect overseas calls to the concerned person.

Pricing Manager – Sixt Rent A Car

  • Develop Pricing strategy, business plan and budget in line with the Corporate Strategy.
  • Define and update pricing section’s KPI’s in line with Corporate Strategy.
  • Develop/review polices, procedure, and processes for the Pricing section.
  • Oversee and review the developed business cases for new products/projects.
  • Review and enhance the defined prices for new products/interconnect settlement for national & international agreements/Value Added Services/Bundling Products taking into account internal costs, competition, regulation, and market constraints.
  • Monitor pricing to ensure that the objectives are achieved (acquisitions/usage/revenue).
  • Ensure that the Price is following the Marketing Mix and its proper incorporation with the distribution strategy and the commercial strategy.
  • Monitor competitors pricing for similar products/services and recommend corrective actions.
Skills & Competencies
  • Minimum of 03 years pricing and yielding experience preferably in the car rental industry but not essential.
  • Ensure that you have complete knowledge of your job requirements and the company’s products and services available
  • Demonstrate a customer orientated approach. Outgoing personality with a passion for service excellence; problem-solving skills and strong sales oriented.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team, and lead the team by example

  • Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Processing financing and Insurance deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper channels.
  • Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
