The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Achieve personal and sales team targets set by the Sales Manager.
Presenting MB/GE products & services, via static presentations, highlighting the features & benefits.
Represent the MB Brand, GE & yourself, in a professional manner at all times.
Engage with customers through a series of questions & answers (qualification), which enables you to understand their requirements, together with gathering all other relevant information e.g. how they usually pay for their cars, so that you can provide a unique & exclusive experience, specific to their wants & needs
Capturing & recording prospect/ customer contact data & existing car details/ use & other driver info
Demonstrate the product by going on Test drives with prospects/customers
Work closely with management colleagues to secure the sale of the car & all other products & service
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications.
2-3 years in similar role.
Diploma in marketing or a similar field.
Demonstrate a customer orientated approach. Outgoing personality with a passion for service excellence; problem-solving skills and strong sales oriented.
Strong knowledge or the sales process, structure and systems.
Result driven, presentable and confident personality.
